Your free 30-day trial gives you full access to all of the features of ThinkAd Platform. There are no restrictions, and you have no obligation to continue using ThinkAd beyond your trial period. You won’t be billed until after your 30-day trial is complete. You can cancel at any time.
In case you need a professional semantic core for your product, it will cost $300 for each core.
After your 30-day free trial is complete (and if you are over $5K/month in total marketplace sales) you will be charged $99.99 first and 3% of your total marketplace advertising spend at the end of the next 30 days of usage. If you decide to track more than 50 search terms in Keyword Tracker tool, you will be charged $.15/month per search term. If you are under $5K/month in total marketplace sales, ThinkAd platform will be charged only $99.99/month.
No, if you find that you no longer wish to advertise in a specific country or marketplace we can enable/disable countries with ease, just reach out to our Support Team for assistance. Note that if you did have optimization turned on at some point for the country, you will be billed for that portion of time.

Yes, you can have multiple users access and manage your ThinkAd account. Permissions for access are controlled under Account > Users in the ThinkAd App.
No, you are not charged based on the number of users of your ThinkAd account. You are only charged $99.99 and 3% of your total marketplace advertising spend per month and only if you are over $5K/month in total marketplace sales. If you are under $5K/month in total marketplace sales, ThinkAd platform will be charged only $99.99/month.
Advertising should not operate in a solo. It’s important to understand other key aspects of your business to ensure that your advertising strategy is aligned to achieve your business objectives. For example, knowing your gross margin allows you to understand at which point advertising is profitable. Considering whether your product is brand new to market vs. already established allows you to determine whether your goal should be to optimize for profitability rather than to maximize sales, or anywhere in between. It’s also important to understand your inventory levels to ensure you never stock out and when it’s important to scale up advertising to drive sell-through for excess inventory.

Ad management FAQs

Calls with your Account Manager depend directly on your level of services. With Standard Management you’ll speak once a month and receive weekly check-in emails. With Premium Management we work as a strategic extension of your team, therefore standard communication is a standing weekly call and regular email correspondence.
With Standard Management, you’ll receive standard weekly reports via email from your Account Manager. You will also have access to the ThinkAd platform, which allows you to log in and review or export reports on-demand. With Premium Management, you’ll receive weekly reporting customized to your business objectives from your Account Analyst. You will also have access to the ThinkAd platform, which allows you to log in and review or export reports on-demand. With Premium Management you also receive quarterly performance reports, insights analysis (why is performance changing), and ad hoc custom analysis.
We recommend that you allow your Account Manager (AM) to take action within your account on your behalf according to the ThinkAd Methodology. This allows your AM to have a more complete understanding of your performance. For example, if you were to add new keywords in Seller/Vendor Central that did not adhere to the keyword thresholds your AM abides by, there could be an unexpected drop in performance. If you wish to take action please discuss with your AM and they can work with you to determine the best course of action.
